Analysis of the Influence of Website Quality to Customer’s Loyalty on E-Commerce

The competition of e-commerce in Indonesia makes domestic and foreign companies plan strategies to win the competition. Customer’s loyalty is an important factor lead This research focuses on how much influence website quality customer’s loyalty. study also finds out which has most with satisfaction as a mediating factor. Factors that were analysed using WebQual4.0 method consists three dimensions. samples used this 400 respondents. data analysis techniques Structural Equational Model (SEM) version 3.0 SmartPLS Importance Performance Map Analysis (IPMA). SEM showed information was only one had positive significant JD.id website, while usability service factors no effect.
